Dan Rabinowitz founded Pre/Dicta to bring litigation experience and data science together. He practiced in Sidley Austin’s Supreme Court and Appellate and Mass Tort Litigation groups and served as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice. His in-house experience includes serving as general counsel to a data science company and holding senior legal, privacy, and fraud analytics roles at WellPoint Military Care. He holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Louis Mayberg is an entrepreneur and investor with decades of experience in financial services and technology. He co-founded ProShares and ProFunds, serving as president, and is CEO of CyLogic, a cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure company. He brings Pre/Dicta experience building and leading businesses in regulated markets, where data, risk management, and institutional trust are central to adoption.

Jonathan Robins brings nearly two decades of experience building commercial strategies and bringing emerging technologies to market. Since 2017, his work has focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics, helping technology companies translate complex capabilities into practical business applications. His experience spans legal services, healthcare, energy, sustainability, and other highly specialized markets, serving customers from growing businesses to large enterprises.

Jonathan Rackoff brings more than 20 years of experience as a litigator, law firm partner, and technology general counsel. A Stanford Law School graduate, he practiced at Sidley Austin and Boies Schiller Flexner and clerked in federal trial and appellate courts. He served as regulatory counsel in the White House Office of Management and Budget, advised Coinbase, and led global policy and regulatory affairs at the Hedera Foundation.
